This is the place to go if you need any plumbing part that exists! We have been going here for years to handle all of our plumbing needs and they have not disappointed. Aside from the plumbing parts, they have a showroom that Anna manages. She has been helpful in the three bathroom renovations we have gone through. All the staff are knowledgeable and they are a great resource for answers and explanations to the many plumbing questions you may have.

  Shopped for a sink and faucet here. Walked in and was told I had to make an appointment to see the person I was told to talk with by my contractor. She was not with another customer.

They ordered the sink with an extra part, a basket used in lieu of a disposal, without asking me if I would be using a disposal. They claim is it part of a set and will not take the $40 kit back even though it is in the original box with packaging.

I found the faucet for 30% less through Amazon.

Maybe plumbers like Rubenstein Supply, but I did not experience any extra value added.

Update: Rubenstein Supply reached out to me through Yelp. I was able to return the unused basket and they gave me a refund. Thank you, Yelp, for helping me get this done.

  Well I have been here before for a European faucet part with luck, so I thought they could help with my 20+ year old faucet cartridge. They actually close at 3pm on Saturdays, but I pulled up at 4pm and they were really nice and let me in anyways and offered me refreshments. I did not have a model or part number for my old faucet, but one of the guys knew just by looking at the cartridge. He went to go look for it and came back with a few, none were the exact match. And he had some that were similar, but he was not sure if they would work or not so he told me I can take a shot and see if they work and gave them to me for free then referred me to a competitor to see if they had the right part. Wow totally went out of their way to be helpful. Now by reading the review I see they have furnace parts, so I will be calling/visiting with my next project.

  A good place to go shopping if you are remodeling your bathroom. I check prices before I buy on Amazon, HD, or Lowes. Their prices are very competitive and or below quotes from the three above. Service is great and staff very helpful and knowledgeable . I was impressed with their on stock items or quickness to obtain items if not in stock. I bought a Toto toilet and I am very happy with price and service provided by Anna . I will definitely will go back when I fully remodel my main bathroom.

  I went here because I need a new gas line for our spa. I am used to shopping at Home Depot or Ace Hardware because those are the most convenient for me (i am a true amateur). When I arrived there was a 5 person line. The employees seemed to know all the customers and were very nice to them. It was early in the morning and everybody seemed to be in a good mood. Someone came out of the back and sat at a podium and called me up. He must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed!
I told him what I was doing and asked him what kind of pipe I needed to which he answered "I'm not allowed to give you any advice, you have to tell me exactly what you need.". They had two option for underground gas lines, I ended up guessing the right one. I had a long list of stuff to get from my contractor which the guy got together. When I got home I had a lot of the wrong parts... NO RETURNS!!!
Now I drive across the street to get (4) 20 foot gas pipes and the guy doesnt even help me load them. The guy helping the customer before me is helping his customer, but not my guy.

Maybe I got the wrong guy on the wrong day but I will never go back to these guys. This place might be for you if you know exactly what you are doing and dont need to ask any questions. Just wish I had a good alternative to Home Depot.

  Saturday morning and my water heater is on the fritz. Let's see, I can order a new gas control valve online for a $50 markup plus shipping, and take cold showers until Wednesday. Oh wait, Rubenstein is open on Saturdays? They have my part, they won't overcharge for it, and they're friendly on top of it all? These guys are the best, and I'm taking a hot shower right after lunch.

  Great service and a knowledgeable staff here and they take health & safety seriously with a hands free temperature check at the entrance. Recently I arrived three minutes before closing to pick up a special order. The crew didn't hesitate to locate my order and help me load it into my van.
